Flatness requirement: +/- 0.02mm
Technical requirement: transparency reaches 98%. Without flow marks, gas marks, bubbles, shrinkage, burrs, black spots, etc.
Detection requirements: 400 meters remote focus at one point.
The acrylic mold completed within 30 days, delivery 50,000 pieces to our customer in time. And no problems after checking by the client.

Meeting content: T0 mold trial sample issue discussion
Participants: Project Manager, mold design engineer, QC and fitter
Problem points:
1. Uneven surface polishing
2. There are scorch marks caused by poor gas system
3. The deformation of injection molding exceeds 1.5mm
Solutions:
1. The core and cavity need polishing again which shall meet SPIF A2 standard without any defects;
2. Add four gas structure in the core gating position .
3. Lengthen the cooling time during injection molding and improve the injection molding process.
After customer confirm the T1 sample, mass production should be arranged within 3 days.

This product is consists of two products, both are Acrylic material, the transparent above weight is 650g, the black base weight is 1.3KG.  
The difficulty of this project is: the two injection molded parts is big , with heavy weight and the surface appearance is in high request.
Because it should have an ornamental effect, that required: The transparency is 98%, the black base should be glossy, and there must no air mark and no strain on the surface.

Pics shown is a car lamp holder, material is ABS with flame resistance. It is made by plastic injection mold, mold material is S136 HRC48-52, mold cavity is 1*1, mold time is 500 thousand shots, its injection cycle is 82 seconds.
Product features is: The arc-shaped concave structure, with many ribs inside, this structure has good stability, not easy to deform when injection molding.
It was used as a car lamp holder, that means material must flame resistance, the standard should be reach F-V0, in order to avoid danger due to when temperature become high during normal use of the car light open.

This is a doorbell camera housing, it’s material is Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene plastic +Polycarbonate(Abbreviation is ABS+PC). It’s mold cavity is1*2, the mold material is S136 HRC48-52, mold life 50 thousand shot, the injection cycle is 50 seconds.Its appearance is very eye-catching, because the surface treatment is brushed + vacuum plating high-glossy silver.

This is a PS transparent bottle, it’s material is Polystyrene (PS) plastic with BPA FREE, a naturally transparent thermoplastic that is available as both a typical solid plastic as well in the form of a rigid foam material. PS plastic is commonly used in a variety of consumer product applications and is also particularly useful for commercial packaging. It’s mold cavity is1*2, the mold material is S136H, mold life 50 thousand shot, the injection cycle is 42 seconds.Its appearance is very eye-catching, because the surface treatment is very transparent, the mold surface is mirror polishing.
And this bottle is food grade product use to drinking water , due to its usage, that requests the production of bottles must in a good environment. The dust-free workshop should reach the level of 100,000 to avoid contamination of dust and other bacteria. The operator wears a dust-free cap and dust-free gloves. After the packaging is completed, ultraviolet light sterilization is performed before the shipment.

This product needs to have shock-proof, sealing, and flame-retardant functions. TPE flame-retardant material is selected as the material, and the flame-retardant level is V0. After the sample is subjected to two 10-second burning tests, the flame is extinguished within 30 seconds. No burning objects should fall. It has its special use meaning. The product design is simple. In order to reduce the cost, the two designs are in the same mold. Because the flame retardant material has corrosion problems on the mold material, the mold core must be heat treated to ensure the life of the mold, so we also make heat treatment for the mold.
We also do flammability test after product mass production.

This is a projector housing, it’s material is Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene plastic +Polycarbonate(Abbreviation is ABS+PC). It’s mold cavity is1*1, the mold material is S136H, mold life 50 thousand shot, the injection cycle is 60-75 seconds.Its appearance is very eye-catching, because the surface treatment is texture MT11020+ SPI A2.
